Start with curiosity
I try to approach every problem with an open mind, ready to listen and learn before I conclude. Human stories and insights shape what I build — and sometimes completely reframe the problem itself. The goal is always to let the people you're designing for guide the way.
Make, test, improve
My process involves experimenting often, seeking feedback early, and working imperfectly across many possible directions. There's never one right answer, only the one that best fits the people, the problem, and the moment.
Design as a form of care
I believe in designing with communities, not just for them. The people closest to a problem understand it best, and the most impactful and equitable design creates space for that knowledge to lead.
